Herbs in Sync Pte. Ltd. (“We”, “us”, “Iryasa”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore with UEN 201806631G, with trading name as Iryasa and registered office at 30 Cecil Street, #19-08 Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712 is the operator of https://www.iryasa.com ("Website").

By placing an order through the Website, you are aware of and agree to the terms below.

1. CHOICE OF COURIERS/LOGISTICS PROVIDERS
For all eligible orders during checkout, we provide you with options of logistics providers to choose from. You may pick the best option suitable for you – depending on cost, speed of delivery etc. We will also provide you with tracking links for your orders if your chosen logistics provider offers that service.

2. STOCK AVAILABILITY
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time-to-time there may be stock discrepancies and therefore, we will not be able to fulfil all your items ordered by you. In such instances, we will fulfil the purchases of available products to you, and contact you on the email address provided by you at the time of ordering products about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the unavailable product(s) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for unavailable product(s). If we are unable to contact you or get a response from you within 3 days from the date of our contacting you, we will proceed to process a refund for unavailable product(s).

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are usually calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the shipping for each order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to you.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless communicated by us otherwise. The shipping costs will be refunded/borne by us in situations such as incorrect products shipped to you as against the actual order placed.

5. DELIVERY TERMS
While our goal is to provide you with the best shipping experience and to honour your delivery details & preferences, we can't guarantee that we or our logistics partners will be able to meet the instructions under all circumstances. At times, factors such as choice of courier, delivery mode, delivery dates & slots, time taken for customs clearance in case of overseas shipping play a very important role. There may also be factors such as weather, traffic, haze, etc. which are even more difficult to predict.

5.1 Dispatch Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. We will keep you informed if there are any changes to this.

Our warehouse facilities operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on Singapore national holidays at which time the warehouse facilities will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

5.2 Change Of Delivery Address
For any change of delivery address details, we are able to accommodate your request at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Any change to the delivery address or date or time of delivery after your order is dispatched may not be met. If the shipment has already been dispatched, we will keep you informed. You may then refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for next steps.

5.3 P.O. Box Shipping
We may not be able to fulfil orders to P.O. box addresses. If we are unable to fulfil orders to P.O. box addresses, we will contact you about whether you would prefer an alternate shipping address or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the order. If we are unable to contact you or get a response from you within 3 days from the date of our contacting you on the email address that was provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, we will proceed to cancel the order and process a refund.

5.4 Military Address Shipping
We may not be able to fulfil orders to military addresses. If we are unable to fulfil orders to military addresses, we will contact you about whether you would prefer an alternate shipping address or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the order. If we are unable to contact you or get a response from you within 3 days from the date of our contacting you on the email address that was provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, we will proceed to cancel the order and process a refund.

5.5 Inaccessible Delivery Address
If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, rendering us/our logistics partner to be unable to  deliver your shipment, we will contact you about whether you would prefer an alternate shipping address or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the order. If we are unable to contact you or get a response from you within 3 days from the date of our contacting you on the email address that was provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, we will proceed to cancel the order and process a refund.

5.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Except for situations such as your shipment being stuck at customs, if the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may be eligible for order cancellation and full refund including shipping costs.

5.7 Re-Delivery Fee
If no one is at the delivery address to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

6. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link with which you will be able to follow the status/progress of your shipment based on the updates made available by the logistics provider. We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies or delays in updates by the logistics provider.

7. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find your shipment/product(s) damaged in-transit, please contact us. Kindly refer to our Returns & Refund policy for details on eligibility, procedures etc.

8. DUTIES AND TAXES
8.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax (if applicable) has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on our Website.

8.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. For all applicable orders, approximate Import Duties & Taxes to be paid by you shall be displayed at the time of ordering product(s) on our Website.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

9. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellation at any time only before the order has been dispatched.

10. INSURANCE
Your shipments/parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

10.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

10.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

11. SHIPPING DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time, there will be offers for free shipping for certain order thresholds. Please keep a look out for these offers on our Website, official social media pages and other communication channels such as eDMs.
