By placing an order through the Website, you are aware of and agree to the terms below.
Subject to the terms set out in this page, We offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).1. RETURNS
We ask that you please check your ordered items soon upon delivery. If there is/are any damaged or expired or incorrect product(s), please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.1.1 Eligibility
1.2 Shipping us your Returns
- To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Products that are gift cards are not eligible for refund. Additional non-returnable items include items that were on sale.
- To complete your return, we require the order number or proof of purchase.
- Only items purchased through the Website are eligible for Returns & Refunds. We will not be able to handle any returns or refunds for items that are not purchased through the Website.
1.3 Exchange product (if applicable)
- To return your product, please mail your product to: Herbs in Sync Pte. Ltd., 30, Cecil Street, #19-08 Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless communicated by us otherwise.
- If your return shipment value is over SGD $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Depending on your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will keep you posted with updates and/ tracking information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of outcome - both approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.2.1 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in 10 days:

- Check your bank account/statements carefully.
- Contact your credit card company, at times it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will certainly look into the situation on how best we can assist you.
2.3 Shipping Costs
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless communicated by us otherwise.
- If you are not eligible for shipping refund and if we pay for return shipping, you will receive a refund with the cost of return shipping deducted.
